When you use the live-stream beauty feature in the "XSmartLive" App (including real-time filter effects such as skin smoothing, face slimming, and eye enlargement), the App processes your device camera feed to compute your facial landmarks in real time (such as the coordinate positions of your eyes, nose, mouth, and facial contour) in order to render the corresponding filter effects.

1. Data collected: Only the facial landmark coordinates computed in real time. This does not include the facial image itself, and no biometric template capable of identifying you (such as Face ID-level facial recognition data) is generated or stored.
2. Processing: The landmark data is computed and used entirely on your device (on-device) and is never uploaded, transmitted, or backed up to our servers or any cloud service.
3. Retention: The landmark data exists only during the camera processing of the current live stream. It is discarded immediately after each frame is processed and the filter effect is applied, is never stored in any form on the device or on servers, and therefore involves no subsequent retention or deletion.
4. Sharing with third parties: We do not provide, exchange, or sell the above facial landmark data to any third party. The final images shown in your live stream (the live-stream footage with filter effects applied) are handled under the other provisions of this Policy, in the same way as ordinary live-stream footage.
5. You may turn off the beauty feature in the App at any time; once it is turned off, facial landmarks are no longer computed.

This Website's Privacy Protection Policy will be amended at any time as needed, and the amended terms will be posted on the Website.

We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Apart from your name being made available to the stores you transact with, the platform will never provide any data to unrelated parties in any form or for any reason.
